A & E Getaway

After spending some time at my parents place after the move, Eric and I planned a two night getaway for just the two of us.  We wanted to do someplace that was an easy drive so we decided to stay one night on Kent Island and one night in St. Michaels, MD.  The weather turned out to be perfect both days.  We started our first day out by setting up some beach chairs at Matapeake Beach and then had lunch on the outside deck at Hemingway's.  That night we drove to Annapolis to shop a bit and have dinner at the Chart House.  We had a great view and the food was awesome.  The next day we drove to St. Michael's.  We did some wine tasting and shopping before hanging at our hotel pool for a bit.  We did a sunset sail that night.  It was a very relaxing day and night.  We did a little outlet shopping the next day before heading back to my parents.  Thanks to Grammy and Pops for hanging with the boys while we were gone.  Here are some pics from our little getaway....
