Halloween 2014

Halloween this year was lots of fun in the Vaillant house. Hayden has wanted to be Darth Vader since last Halloween so we had plenty of time to prepare our family costumes. We were invited to our friends Spooktacular costume party the Saturday before Halloween. Eric was working so he was not able to join us but me and the boys had a great time dressing up and playing at the Wilds house. That Sunday morning we had a family photo shoot and then headed to the market to pick out pumpkins for some carving that afternoon. This was the first time Hayden had carved pumpkins and he thought it was pretty cool and even dug out the pumpkin guts with daddy. Halloween day I dressed Linc in an old Superman costume to run errands with me and I thought he was pretty much the cutest thing ever. Halloween night Eric was stuck at work so I headed out trick or treating with the boys. I was surprised how well Lincoln did, going up to every door after Hayden and our neighbor friends. He can't say trick or treat or thank you yet but he said BYE to everyone who gave him candy. :) Eric was able to get out for the last 30 minutes with the boys and finally sport his Storm Trooper costume.
