Lincoln started in the 2's class at Children & Company on September 1st. This is the same pre-school Hayden attended for 3 years. His first day was only a 30 minute intro with 1/3 of the class. On Thursday he went for an hour with 1/2 the class. We had been talking about starting a new school at home and he seemed ready to go on his first morning. He put his backpack on and walked his way right on in. He scoped out what was there to play with and settled on cars. I kissed him goodbye and not a tear was shed. Next week he starts a normal schedule of two days a week for 2 hours. I am not worried at all that he will enjoy this time away from mommy and playing with new friends. Mommy will also enjoy this time! :)
